Payment of Accounts
Invoices are sent out monthly and payment is due within 14 days. Vetnostics reserves the right to add a $10.00 administration fee for late payment.
Fees
Fees will be adjusted at the end of each financial year. However, Vetnostics reserves the right to alter fees during the financial year.
Changes will generally be notified through our newsletters.
Vetnostics reserves the right to impose a $40.00 (plus GST) surcharge for weekend and public holiday pick-ups from non – routine users.
Vetnostics reserves the right to charge a fee for taxi pick-ups of critical samples. Clients will be advised of the fee prior to collection
